Refund Policy
We sell digital design & development services with fixed pricing: Starter $150, Growth $300, Scale $400, Additional $10–$400.
How it works
- 50% upfront to reserve, 50% on approval before files transfer.
- 14-day fix guarantee on all packages, 30 days on Growth, 60 days on Scale — we fix scope-aligned issues free.
- If we miss agreed deliverables, we refund the last milestone (up to 50%).
Non-refundable
Work already approved, third-party fees (fonts, stock), rush surcharges. Custom code deployed to your repo is considered delivered.
How to request
Email sprojects@craftorvix.com with project URL, invoice #, reason. We respond within 48h. Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 business days.

Services
We provide brand, web design, UI/UX, custom development, e-commerce, and care services. All services are delivered digitally. Timelines are estimates; delays due to client feedback may shift delivery.
Ownership
Upon full payment, you own final assets. We retain right to showcase work in portfolio unless NDA signed. Source files provided (Figma, code repo).
Client responsibilities
Provide content, timely feedback (48h), and maintain your own hosting/domain. You warrant you have rights to materials you provide.
Limitation
Liability capped at amount paid for project. No liability for indirect damages. Services provided “as is” with fix guarantee as described in Refund Policy.
Governing law
New York State law. Disputes: good-faith negotiation, then Orange County, NY courts.
